Nope seemed to have a straightforward trajectory in terms of what direction I could take it, with the Western imagery of the movie being prominent enough to make into a poster. However, as I developed the tight sketches, I realized that I was straying further and further from the old “lone cowboy” archetype of Western posters and finding myself in more “monster-movie” territory, which luckily gels better with the subject of the movie.
